Job Description

Local towing company is looking for 2 full time dispatchers, 1 overnight and 1 days/evenings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, call information data entry, and dispatching road service, light, and heavy duty tow calls by computer. The candidate for this position must pay strong attention to detail to ensure accurate call taking and must maintain professional communication at all times. General knowledge of cars and trucks; working knowledge of Raleigh area roads; solid customer service skills; and user-lever computer aptitude are desired. Must be flexible, able to multi-task (answer phone, dispatch, keep in contact w/drivers, customers), work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
HS diploma/GED or Experience in Dispatching
Valid driver license
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work NIGHT AND WEEKEND SHIFTS
Pass background check and drug screen
