Job Description

Position: Production Technician 

Servpro of Johnston County is seeking an individual for the position of Production Technician. As the Premiere Restoration provider in Johnston County we’re are looking for someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and, is a serious multi-tasker. If you are a well motivated individual and have good interpersonal skills, we want to meet and speak with you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment and supplies needed for projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
  • Leave job site in clean and orderly appearance.
  • Perform production processes following Servpro production guidelines.
  • Ensure good two-way communications with Crew Chief and other technicians.

 

Position Requirement:

  • Effective oral communications
  • Basic math skills
  • High School diploma
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly with an occasional 100 lb lift, with help
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry objects
  • Ability to work around cleaning products and chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and around the RTP area
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

 

We offer a competitive, starting, hourly, rate with over-time pay and increases based on merit.
