Job Description

McLaughlin Ribbon Awards is looking for a part-time permanent employee as a Ribbon Assembler to join our team.  The job has the opportunity to become full-time as the business grows.  This position is ideal for moms, college students or an older adult as there is no night or weekend work.

Hours:  25-35 hours per week.  We are open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Starting pay is $8.00 per hour.

Responsibilities and/or necessary skills of the position include:

  • Attention to detail while assembling product.
  • Ability to follow instructions and to self check product quality.
  • Ability to meet product quotas.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience in an assembly type job is helpful but not required.
